Heya, It's about time I repost again!

Tonnes of Updates to be had;

First of all, is that I now have a PC replacement for the Dead Pentium 4 and to supplement my Laptop. This will be my platform to make games and render HD Video. It's been some early trying out and migration of alot of data from laptop to desktop. That also includes abit of tweaking here and there.

Encountered a very strange odd "Addition?" to our Genesis 2 family and also a very shocking incident involving him. Now if you are somewhat under the rock is that for the last 4-5 weeks before Christmas, we celebrate Advent BEFORE we celebrate Christmas. Ezekiel, that guy, entered the Church wearing da Santa Hat. Mel went and told him off, and he flung his hat high and dropping onto the Holy grounds of the Church. And he did it right in front of eyes where the hat dropped next to the Electone.

Not only he left it there for Mel to pick it up, he kicked the pew before sitting down. And when he asks for his hat he's like near shouting: Can I have my Hat back please? Also, he whack the pew again the next day for Combined Choir with his umbrella this time. Already tahan-ed his antics for 2 months and also for the sake of our young ones already feeling threatened by his presence, he got the boot. St. Davids Choir already aware of him, already denied him entry before coming into G2. It was Bryan's intervention and his observations to Darren and the rest of the leaders including me that led to leave G2.

Ultimate Reviews: Path Of Exile (Closed Beta Testing)

Heya, giving another Ultimate Review today on an Indie Game that I feel that is well worth taking a look and to keep up with.

So this game, Path Of Exile is a Hack and Slash RPG game very much like the style of Diablo 2. It's currently in a Closed Beta Testing Stage right now and is scheduled to go Open Beta early next year. Now this game took quite a long while to develop and design, but it looks very promising judging by the looks and the amount of content already available in the Closed Beta. It incorporates a unique levelling system, an updated graphics engine and some other tweaks which will make the gameplay fun and enjoyable.

The mechanics work similarly to the Diablo Series. But it's the skill tree which is scary. Also All items are socketed and only gems corresponding to the color socket in the gear can be inserted. These gems grant additional abilities and spells, rather than learning.

Compare with similar style games, Torchlight, another similar style has graphics which are somewhat more cartoony, and brighter. Path Of Exile's Graphics Engine makes the world a lot darker and dangerous while Diablo 2 and 3 has a mix of both.

Although it's still a work in progress, Grinding Gear Games has always ensured to keep working on the game and improving it as time goes on, with an upcoming patch to the game later this month, to do significant refinements and fixes. It's not perfect, but who cares. This game boasts in quality which will put itself as a direct rival to the upcoming Blizzard's major title, Diablo 3.

This game is expected to go Open Beta before Diablo 3's release after Blizzard revealed that there has been yet a further delay.

I can safely say that even with all the stuff already there, it's worth so much hype as an indie Major title. And also, did I mention yet that Path Of Exile will be FREE?!!! Yes, I am dead serious, this game will be free to play upon Open Beta Period.

Undoubtedly a great game though still needs tweaking. However a lot of stuff has already been planned. Need some serious Help on a few things.

Okay, there are some things I wanna ask of you guys for help:

1. YouTube Channel: MOAR SUBSCRIBERS! (http://youtube.com/UDeep)

I definitely need more subscribers after already hitting 250K views, I now have close to 265K now. I don't want to resort to SUB 4 SUB. Let's be honest people, people whore out subscribers because of SUB 4 SUB where the channel has almost absolutely Nothing. There's like no content, crappy content or with stolen content (Quoted by IdeoProductions, now Jogwheel Productions Jonathan Paula) on those Channels. That's cheating dude. I got my 265K Views the hard way.

By the way, the upcoming series of Gamers' Haven will be shifted to a new channel: UDeepGamersHaven so do subscribe in future. Episode 1 is already in my Main Channel which NEEDS subscribers. Future Gameplay videos will be in GamersHaven, Music Videos in my Main Channel.

2. Computer 2 Options:

Part A: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 Overclocking Help.

Well I have two Options here. The first option is that I want to get more juice coming out from the weak ATI Mobility Radeon 1GB HD5470. I hear of some tips for Overclocking but doesn't seem to work for me. It would be better if I have somebody personally come down to my place in Singapore to analyze my Laptop whether I can overclock or not. I tried MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner but sucks balls really. Even my Catalyst Control Center DOESN'T have ATI Overdrive, WTF is that?? So I would appreciate if somebody for that expertise can give some assistance.

If it doesn't work, how about Part B?

Part B: Computer Build, Gaming rig for Budget.

Well, big big issue with my Current Desktop. It died on me earlier in the year. Dad Reckon it's the Video card problem, so we swap out the old GeForce 7300LE 256MB for the new ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5. Thing is that didn't solve the frigging Problem so it was left for dead idling inside the Pentium 4 Chassis. To me it's time for a new Build since 2005. Now what I am planning is use the HD 5750 and some parts we can still salvage from the PC for a new build to give my HD 5750 a new lease of Life. This is what I'm salvaging:

The Monitor (pretty recent one), the HD 5750 (obviously), DVD Writer (still good Condition), Hard Disk, Keyboard and Mouse. (Of course the Razor Black Widow Ultimate will be nice).

So what I need now for cheap are the following parts:

A good Motherboard, CPU with at least a Core i5 or even better i7, RAM preferbly 8GB all the way to 16GB, New Power Supply and a Case. Dunno whether I can find such stripped down models but please share with me places that can do that as well as the cheap but powerful stuff that I can similarly get in Singapore. Total Budget shouldn't be more than a thousand bucks.

3. Path Of Exile BETA Key Request

Now in connection with No. 1, I am requesting for a Path of Exile Closed BETA Key so I can cast some Gameplay videos for my future Gamers' Haven Channel. Anybody who has it, I would really appreciate it. You can find me (UltimateDeep) at pathofexile.com. Cause I really want to do some casting for the next couple of weeks. After watching TotalBiscuit's Channel, I thought WOW this is a freaking good replacement for Diablo 3! What's more, it's INDIE!!!!!! Can you believe that?!

It might look as though I'm whining here, but this is for the sake of my YouTube Channels so I'll have a better chance going for Partnership even, so apart from my Current Pay, at least with Partnership i could get abit more cash flowing.

4. Request from me to SAF Band.

Any concerts coming up? I would gladly play for one than staying under pressure in the office. Nuff' Said.

Went and watched quite a number of new films that recently have been released into motion picture cinemas and theatres. This is just a quickie post, and coming up in Ultimate Reviews, will be the respective movies that I watched in detail. But this is just a quick summary.

Thor - Good, alright
Fast & Furious 5 (Fast Five) - Good, alright.
Pirates of the Caribbean 4 - Average, not as so-called "Hype" as the other movies
Lost Bladesman - Crappy, Darren just wants the choir to accompany him to watch this so-called crappy film.

Final Fantasy 4: Complete Collection

Platform: Playstation Portable

Tested with: 5.50 Prometheus 4.

This was one of the major remakes of the Final fantasy Series ported for the Playstation Portable. It features the updated graphics Engine from the first 2 PSP remakes: Final Fantasy 1 and 2 Anniversary Edition and it's played in a 16:9 screen resolution at 480 by 270. This FF is probably the most remade game of all the FFs apart from the FF 1 and 2: Anniversary Editions. It has been remade for the SNES, the GBA as FF4 Advance, the Playstation 1, the Nintendo DS, WonderSwan, the Wii for the After Years, Mobile Cellphone version and of course the Playstation Portable release is the latest one.

This game consists of both games: the original FF4 and the Wii's After Years, plus an added plot element called the Interlude whose storyline lies between the two. So this game is actually 3 games in one 800 MB Package.

The main plot is exactly the same as all other FF4 remakes and re-ports. Cecil, a Dark knight, comtemplating what's between good and bad, decides to fight for justice and for the good of all mankind. The storyline also features other prominent characters like Rosa, Rydia, Kain and Edge who play a major part in the storyline.

The Basic Mechanics of the Final Fantasy Overworld based system remain standard as per most of the FFs from the SNES/GBA ports. However, the developers, SquareEnix incorporated a few added tweaks to the system like being able to switch between idling characters during battle to perform a specific move before moving to the next character which is good.

Other tweaks and features also include a bestiary as standard, and also the setting to change the way how the Background music is played: one preset arranged from the original SNES release, and the preset arranged from the Wii Release, the After Years. Auto-Dash is also included as a togglable setting and this game as of the Japanese Release can be played in 3 Languages: Japanese, English and French. Most bugs that were found in all the other ports have been basically ironed out. Also challenges and other post-game missions have been included as well, in particular the After Years.

The music is composed originally by the revered Nobuo Uematsu for the SNES release, but arrangements improve so did the next releases on the various ports. And now you can toggle between the SNES version and the Wii version of the music.

Just some tips and tricks from me: to get the best of the storyline, you should play original FF4, then the Interlude, then the After Years (tale by tale from top to bottom) in that order, so you will definitely know the flow of the storyline. If you like all the Final Fantasy 4 remakes, then this game is strongly recommended. All I can tell you is that I simply enjoy the game a lot. So in summary:

"Definitely Worth playing, highly Recommended"

Final Fantasy 4 has left behind a great Legacy and impression amongst major reviews: calling it one of the greatest video games ever made of all time. Millions upon millions of copies of this game in various remakes have been released, plus another 3 million for the After Years. None of the reviews made about this game in any port have ever fallen below 80% approval rating. It has craft a legend of a lifetime. It's worth saving 800 megabytes of your storage media, and considering the amount of content in this game, I give it a big thumbs up.

1. FINAL FANTASY IV: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION:

Console: PC, using my ASUS X42J, Might test it on my Dad's ACER ASPIRE 4750G when he gets it. Graphical Settings: High Settings - Actually the lowest setting already. V-Sync - None Resolution: 800 X 600

I'll be posting the 2 game reviews after I'm through with the main elements of the storyline. Reason I say that because as for Crysis2, I already had first hand the multiplayer experience from the Demo.

SAF Band Dinner And Dance 2011....

I think I heard that SAF Band's Dinner and Dance 2011 is held in about couple of weeks. So I'm representing the Band HQ. I already picked my song of choice that I already started sequencing on my KORG M3 quite some time back just missing the back part. I've started my preparations for that now it's going to be the editing of the file. Had to make do with a iPhone Voice Recorder because I don't have a proper recording rig....by now I should already have one but I haven't the money :(

Most probably, I'm gonna do a video with it and it'll probably be in HD 1080p Format and do 2 audio tracks. One mix and one minus one and I'll have to add backup vocals of my own voice in. All this is all just phone recording format but it'll have to do. The audio part will keep me busy for a while tomorrow but no later than that because I have to do the video.

Arrrrrrrgggghhhhh!!!!! My PSP is dying fast on me! Suffered from wear and tear after my dad bought it almost 4 years ago! Gotten guys to repair it twice (luckily didn't have to pay) but can't get rid of this black screen problem! For that, my plan mission is clear: Save up 30-40 bucks every week then get myself a PSP Slim, which I checked Qisahn is that the price of one unit with the standard stuff is actually a very good price of 219 SGD. I can't find other ones that sell for less or the same price as this. I can't get Sony to repair it because it's already well past the 3 year warranty. It's time for a replacement.

Crappy man... I nearly got run over by a Comfort Taxi on Saturday evening before the Big Group Meeting with Genesis 2. Seriously it's so WTF. It so happened that at the pedestrian crossing outside the church where the traffic light was showing the Green Man Light while this stupid cabby just zoomed past me and Gerald. I wanted to Fucking scold the Cabby. He's asking for trouble.

This wasn't first time that I nearly got ran over by a vehicle where it was Green man for me and red light for the drivers. I nearly got ran over by a car at the same scenario and AT EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE!!!!!

2nd time I escaped death....if I had been struck down by an oncoming vehicle who wasn't even wary about the traffic lights, that would've been the end of Master UltimateDeep....

WTF....seriously!

After 3 weeks of using the new X42J Laptop, it is time to test and assess the laptop based on the portability, performance, graphics, price and features of the laptop.

Just a Review though on its specs as well as what it looks like from the outside.

CPU: Intel Core i7 740QM (1.73 GHz, Auto TurboBoost to 2.93 GHz)

RAM: 4 GB DDR3

VGA: ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470 with 1GB DDR3 VRAM

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

HD: 500 GB

Drives: DVD Burner

Software: Trend Micro AntiVirus, Power4Gear,

Sound: Altec Lansing Speakers with SRS Premium System, integrated microphone

Webcam: 1.3 MegaPixals

Ports: for Headphone or Microphone, 3 USBs, HDMI, IEEE1394

Weight: 2.4 Kilos, 5 lbs

Price: SGD$1298

Benchmarks and game tests:

World in Conflict - High Settings 25 fps average

Final Fantasy X on PCSX-2 - 90-95% speed average, 80%+ during battles.

StarCraft 2 - Smooth at Medium High settings

Dragon Age: Origins - Smooth at Medium

Crysis - Smooth at 1024 x 768 at low-Medium, Struggling at Medium-High

Portability: 90%, small, compact and light. For its weight for such performance specs, places it relatively significantly lighter and easier to carry. In other words, this laptop punches well above its weight.

Performance: 82%: Performance is fast and excellent because of the High amount of RAM, Video RAM and a Tier 1 Processor but I mark it down because of the abysmal battery which lasts about an hour plus on a full charge on even on Full Battery Saving mode. I would push the mark toward the mid or high 90s% if not for the dumb battery. Of course, when there's alot of stuff going on at the same time, the performance does slow abit but not by much.

Graphics: 85%: The 1 Gig ATI HD5470 is a Vast improvement on the Graphics from the old X1400. The card is on par with the other higher middle-ended nVidia GeForce 8600, 9500, 9600 and almost to the powerful 6800 ultra. It can be used for general purpose but when it does come to the higher ended stuff, it starts to struggle quite badly. For Example, the HD5470 worked fine on Low Settings on Crysis and Dragon age Origins but it starts getting very rough and laggy on the higher than Medium. *NOTE, it has been confirmed that newer models have the ATI Radeon HD6470 graphics card.

Features: 80%, Webcam for my use which my old Fujitsu didn't have. The face-login only worked a few times but still considered pretty smart though. The only Gripe I have is the Touch-pad, which simply is not responsive and didn't have a simple device as a mousewheel, so I use the provided USB mouse instead. At least my old Fujitsu Touchpad was very smooth and responsive to the touch and it did have the bare minimum of a finger sensor camera which acts as a mousewheel. Sound is good and you can even push up the levels with the SRS sound systems to suit your sound quality. Obviously it's better with Speakers (photograph). Also, once you have a headphone/microphone plugged in, you can't plug in both at once....which is Very bad! The screen is full HD 16:9 widescreen Compatible, just tiny bit on the small side though.

Price: 93%. Let's just say that the Laptop specs punch well above its price as it does for weight. It's cheap. You can't find laptops just as cheap as this with such specs.

Overall: 84%. A cheap well-rounded powerhouse fit as a desktop replacement although it comes with a trade off of a sucky battery and the hard-to-use Touch-pad. Any of the bad stuff mentioned above like the Touchpad, sound system and the display can be compensated to further maximise the X42J's functionality.

UltimateDeep here, Just a really quick one, I just feel like Blogging abit.

Now I have bode my Old Fujitsu Lifebook E8210 Goodbye! Lasted me for 3 and a half years. Although it needed several repairs and reformats its double disk partition saved my d:\ Documents from deletion! But say goodbye to it because of this:

- Too small a Hard Drive

- Too weak a Graphics Unit

- Several dings, dangs and dongs everywhere especially the lid where it now looks like shit.

- One BIG crack on the side of the Chassis.

- USB Ports broken

- 1 second battery life WTF seriously!

And so on.....

And now it's time for an upgrade! The ASUS X42J!

This unit is a new model and a significant upgrade to the K42Jr so you can't really find the true X42J Unit. My dad got it from Bedok Point Challenger for my Present for Birthday and Christmas at once. It comes with the Following specs.

Intel Core i7 Processor 740QM (1.73 GHz, TurboBoost to 2.93GHz) - Mid Top Tier (Tier 1) Processor
4 GB DDR3 RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470 with 1GB GDDR3 RAM - High Tier 3 Graphics Chip

2 months in SAF Band Already.

Whoa, you guys might feel that 2 months in SAF Band as a clerk is quite fast already but I'm already starting to countdown my days before I ORD on August 23rd 2012! Shit 1 and 3/4 years with the same ol' shit again...oh well.... Suck Thumb..... I'll still be more than happy if someone could assign me to any band without upping PES Status. Really, I really FUCKING want to play on the old tuba again! SERIOUSLY! I'm already hysterical! My god.....

Last week was pretty damn quiet in the office as a great chuck of the band was away overseas. With that, food was special! The canteen aunty obliged to make special stuff Like....Hor Fun, Fried rice, Sliced Chicken with Ginger and spring onions...etc...

Lower Lounge is taking shape. The New Table Soccer had arrived this morning. Steel/Plastic composite that's sure more durable than that screwed up wooden warping piece of trash.

Well, did some 3v3s on StarCraft 2. Got Bronze again...but one match did turn freaking nice. Protoss against loads of Terran. After my teammates discovered a flanking opening, I just took my entire fleet of Carriers and Void Rays and flanked the enemy terran Vikings. They did destroy my main base though but screw it. It's already mined out and I didn't bother to replace Pylons though I was already supply blocked. But screw it. I just mopped the floor with the fleet and won the match comfortably.

The personnel there are actually nice people, especially Chief Clerk, Regimental Band Sergeant Major Razak, Warrant Hussin and Jais (who's a fellow Tubist with Julian who ORDed not long ago). Well, nothing beats sitting down the office doing nothing all day long. Also, everyday's a Book out day! If attached out to do some dispatch of Mail or pick up Trainees in the afternoon, I get to book out even earlier, as early as 2:30pm.

This coming Friday is Bowling cum Cohesion day at Chevrons near Jurong East. I'm teamed up with fellow tuba player Encik Jais and fellow Clerk Reza plus a few others. 7 a team per lane, 24 lanes equals 168. Dunno Jethro will actually join us or not....See how la. And hell, I'm the only recruit in the entire SAF band unit. I feel so damn small.

Singapore Youth Festival was one Epic Hell of a performance by many schools. Congrats to my fellow band members for achieving the Gold that all of you worked to hard for! All the blood, all the sweat, all the pain, the suffering put into this whole term really paid off! Watched the video uploaded on Youtube by Asyraf (see above) and Bryan, The Tuba's Bass was Power! Le Zai lar! Really, I love this band alot. And you guys have definitely grown in Maturity, experience, discipline and character. Send my regards for our fellow Bass-Drummer who was running a dangerous fever that evening. Hope he feels better now. He had to perform on the field still and his temperature shot up to 42 degrees, too risky to be resting in the Medical Triage and needed to be sent to a Hospital for immediate medical attention.

And Congrats to Deyi Secondary!!! You guys are worthy to become that Top-Tier band. I was like.....OH My God, What the Fuck!!!! Awesome!!! Your Drum major has a bag of tricks up your sleeve! Flipping forward and catching that mace....Wicked stuff, seriously. And well done as well for Bowen!

I'm also surprised that Maris Stella High School participated in the festival for the First Time. They did quite well, i must say. Springfield has a lot of catching up to do. Seriously, separation from Ping Yi was a big fucking mistake, thanks to some stupid staff which caused Springfield Military Band to lose its once former Glory after getting golds with Ping Yi in year 2004 and 2006. I just hope that the Springfield Secondary Staff will realize that without the proper support given to its band, It will seriously gonna cost them. Already I felt that the Principal KILLED the band!! I want them just like Ping Yi, to be at its glory days.

Just had Dinner/Meeting with some of my Legacy Guys (From BattleStations) on Monday after chionging more Portfolio at a MacDonald's Outlet at Hougang Mall. The Gang consisted of Clan Master Conrad Li, Admiral Chan Yi Teng, Hans, and WeiXian. It's rare we had meetings in person where we discussed about the scripting problems from HK Utd and some strategies. I wuz the youngest of the Bunch there since the rest of the gang were veterans in BS.

I'm gonna be quite involved in the Christmas Midnight mass back in the Holy Family Church...Not say involved but Really involved as I am the main musician for this combined choir of Genesis 2 and St. Davids. So it's gonna take me a while to get used to this amount of playing, i've already arranged my scores so that's not a problem. This Thursday, I've a midnight mass, Friday another Caroling practice, Saturday another Wedding/Mass.....Oh Damn....

Well, it's been quite a long while. I didn't blog since way before ITP, so it's time to add one new post.

Okay, Semester 2 Begun after a struggling 8 weeks from ITP and i must say i'm getting really bushed up. It was a really tiring ITP and often cannot cope with my work as the workload was simply too much for me to handle....maybe not yet for now.

OKay, not to mention, I have to cramp in one Exam for LRSM during my ITP. That one is on the 1st of September. Had a hard time but hey, Managed to pull it off with a Pass grade.

Can't write too much, i've been sick for the past couple days. Maybe more when I feel better.

Well...I just feel like streaming more of my music stuff, (on Piano and Mario Paint Composer) on Youtube. Didn't feel like doing anything else this afternoon..Attempted Kingdom Hearts Dearly beloved, it was good when i made it, but sound quality sucks when I tried to record and encode it as a video, the "D" note (from the Strings especially), scare the shit out of me! Well, i'm gonna keep trying till i get that one fixed. Soon as i'm done, i'll possibly upload and stream on Youtube, or Maybe Live Stream on JTV. We'll see what I'll do.

Cheonged Flight of the BumbleBee by Maksim last week, Arranging done...REMT nearly done....Wah damn! I just feel so wasted. And my neck's been hurting real alot lately. My Big Left Toe still bleeds both Blood and Pus occasionally, though it's been 2 weeks already without any band-aids (see previous Blog Entry). Moreover it still hurts as hell when someone accidentally steps or smacks on it or sometimes accidentally kick it against the stairs. And My socks have been absorbing the bleeding, making it stink, had to keep changing socks much more often.

I still have PAMs to finish....

Went to Church last Saturday... and I am really Shocked that Noel Came with Botak Head. It was like: "Oh...WTF?!!" I was just like that shelled shocked. It was really quite scary to be honest. Went to the Airport Swensen's for desert after prac, and realised that the Chopin Bacarolle in F# Book that my Music Teacher lent me for program notes was still in my bag, didn't take it out the day before. I showed that book to Noel, who revealed to me he doesn't really like Chopin. Waited with him and the rest of the Choir at the Airport for our queue, incidentally met Yee Yee and Tio tio, who happened to be walking past Swensen's, and gave me and Gerald a lift back home after finishing our deserts.

I'm still wasted as always. Third year in Poly is this freak-ish. Not to mention had a series of weddings a week before.

School Re-opens with a Painful incident

Shit! One thing I have to say about MOE's Decision is Utter Crap! Ya, now 700 cases now. So MOE? What are you gonna do about this? Clusters developing in school...Utter Bullcrappiness. Won't be surprise if it passes 1000 more anytime this week or next week.

Ya but now school re-opens, but it is REALLY painful this afternoon before recording. The damn bloody studio C door rammed to be Big Toe (Left Foot), It bled like hell, I had to wrapped the toe with several layers of tissue to ease the bleed. Just came back home, replaced the tissue with 2 strips of Band-aids. Imagine my toe being in so much pain even as I'm typing. It hurts SO MUCH, had to limp now. Can't walk for now.

OK, aside from Injury wise, mental wise, I'm so cramped as hell. THIS IS UTTERLY CRAZY!!!! I still have these assignments to go for the next 1 or 2 months:

The Choir had yet another Movie Outing, and this time, Me, Gerald, Darren, Jeremy Bek, Melissa, Jonathan AKA Sexy, Bryan, Sandrine, Andrea (Older not the younger one), Melody turned up for the Transformers Movie!! It Rocked literally, Quite a number of good points. I quite liked the funny old Twins and Bumblebee.

We had a request to play for the wedding so we turned up the morning after the Transformers' Film the night before. Guess what, one of the former Parish Priest I served as a Altar Server, Fr. Anthony Ho was the celebrant. I missed his funny yet meaningful sermons. He is old, but still has that particular sense of humor.

Gotta Go, i have a series of weddings and a mass on Saturday and I must do something about that Hurting Toe of mine....Ouch....just had another sharp pain....maybe do I need painkillers??? We'll see Shall we?

Okay, We enter the Middle of May. Got quite alot of stuff to say.

First of all, I'm freaking FREAKING stressed up right now. Cuz' now in 3rd year and now my assignment workload is pretty much Fucked up. I just feel so tired lately, really. I think I've been trying so hard.

Lately, my dad just got a couple of guys to come in and replace my old air-conditioning units for new ones. Now the ground floor Living and Dining rooms have one unit each. It takes for them 2 days to finish, i was starting to complain when the workers worked till 11:30pm in the first night. I was simply too tired to say anything else, but to urge them to finish up.

Last week, My Old Laptop charger broke after some freak incident during Processes in Asian Music made me drop my charger and drain the hell out of my Battery power which cannot even last for 5 minutes! 5 F***ING minutes! What the hell is that?! WOW.....can't describe with anything else. I just bought a replacement on Thursday, which cost Shit. 160 Bucks for a Charger?! Crap man.

Oh, just on Friday I went for the Movie Angels and Demons with some of my Choir Members: Noel, Winnie, Darren, Chris, Bryan, Clara, Anthony, Jonathan. I didn't see anything wrong about it after rumors from my friends tell me that it might shake my faith. To me I just see it as a Fictional Story, of course, Catholic Newspaper yesterday reported that the Vatican Newspaper say there isn't really anything wrong with it. Huh. I bought a bag of Popcorn but I only finished half, Yucks....Too much honey, or was it Caramel? Either way, yucks.

That's quite alot to say....AND Oh yeah! I'll be buying a Ticket from Si Hao for Final Fantasy Distant Worlds, might even get to meet Mr Nobuo Uematsu-sama himself since he'll be present there. Thanks to Si Hao, he will sell his extra tickets to Me and Shun. So that'll make the 3 of us. Sorry Genesis II, can't make it for mass this Saturday, Har har....

Well, another week and a half before school re-opens. Time table is not gonna be so hectic, AT LEAST I CAN SLEEP for 2 days. Shiok.

Just a couple weeks ago, my family flew to Bangkok for some food bizaare. The weather down there was really freaking hot. You'll sweat much worse in Bangkok than in Singapore. I remained in the hotel during the first day as i was sort of lethargic during the 2 and a half hour Flight to Bangkok. But that was the best decision made while my parents are out. They were on foot and were sweating like crazy. Second day was not so bad. Brother fell sick. The most shiok part is always the Air-con and the food. Somewhat overkilled on the spices. Dinner on the second night was cool but far too spicy. Just one bite is enough to kill.

For now, this week will be Holy Week. For this weekend I am freaking busy with my Church Choir during the Easter Triduum which is Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Vigil Saturday. I gotta take good care of my voice, take good care of my health. And this time I won't miss this important Easter Vigil Saturday as I missed it last year during my trip to Rome after Good Friday.

OKIE! Hiya, Mr UDeep is back again!

Just returned from a Gig/Recording and Mixing Tests. Me, was a drummer again. Since no one else in my group knew how to play them (Pei Lin and Joyce can only play Keys, Shayne on the Guitar again, Jeremy on the Pipa, and Gin on the Vox). Had a long week. This week is all project based....WAH!!!!! Can die already! I am currently injured and recovering from sprained knee cramps. Reason why is strictly classified.

Music Theory was a piece of cake, GEMs luckily didn't have tests, Performance still have one more stage but that would be as easy as pie, I've still have one more test from MIDI and I have to catch up with all the assignments. And my BUMS I have loads to do.

Okay other things! I'm more or less back into MIDI transcription from video game OSTs again. I recently made quite a few Suikoden 2 and Tales of Eternia MIDIs in the beginning of the year. They are:

The most daring one was the Requiem of a Dream, a Song used in the Lord of the Rings Two Towers Trailer. I completed it in about 4 hours and I was quite pleased with that. My DMAT Classmates was so amazed to have crazy ears like mine as I totally transcribed EVERY single MIDI by ear.

PETITION AGAINST HIGH BUS FARES FOR POLYTECHNIC STUDENTS!

This is High King Ultimate Deep Back again. With a Major and a Very Important Announcement for ALL Polytechnic Students:

There is a petition started by a Polytechnic student, asking the BusCompanies to revise the fares for Poly students. Currently the Polystudents are paying much higher. This is because the Polytechnic isclassified under Tertiary Education, but it is not for the JuniorColleges (JCs) and Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

As a Poly student myself, I feel that it is unfair that SBS Transit andSMRT are charging the Poly students almost double for the bus and trainconcessions when compared to those in the JCs and ITE.

Wow...Quite some time since I last blogged.

Genesis II turns officially 25 now. I have been with them for slightly more than a year now, playing a major role in backing Noel on the Piano and standing in should he be absent. He would be on Saturday. Noel is currently in Bangkok. He'll be returning tomorrow but has a wedding on Saturday. We had a blast for the past couple of Weeks since our All Saints Mass. We went to Garden Slug somewhere in Taluk Kurau after mass. Quite alot of Photographs we took. Food was pretty good.

We also just had mass with Father Valerian Cheong yesterday, one of the Founders ordained a Priest. Hell, do we have such a great dinner! With some exceptions with Shaun and Jeremy Oh Playing a fool, drinking from whosever cup and eating from whosever plate closest to them. Idiots I would say.

Speaking of Weddings, One of my DMAT lecturers, Geoffrey Low is gonna get married on Saturday! My mates have been thinking on what should we get for him as a gift. His wedding will be at 111 Tank Road at the Church Of the Sacred Heart, 9 am. I'm gonna be there not just as a catholic, but to also show support to my Current Recording and Mixing Lecturer.

The Return of LUD!

Yo! Freaking time I blogged... It's been close to 3 months since the previous post... So far, nothin' Much lately... But there are some Screw-ups and piss-offs during these few weeks since.

2 Weeks ago, There was supposed to be a studio tour from Singapore Polytechnic. I'm was supposed to attend it on that Tuesday. Guess what? No one really told me the actual day of the tour. I heard about it but I don't know the date so I missed out on this Compulsory event. If this was not enough, I had to attend and play for a Praise and Worship Session with my DMAT Friend Shayne. I told Melvin, Noel and Darren I wouldn't be able to make it. But The bad thing: Noel was not here that day and not one soul even informed me about it.

So after I finished Playing I gotta rush ALL the way down to church in a cab: 9 bucks wasted.

That week.... really... freaking..... stink. I was damn bloody guilty...

I was sick last week... When I was about to go for my Usual Choir Prac and Mass on Saturday, I immediately fell ill when I reached the Bus Stop...I went back... ate a light dinner of Maggie Noodles.. Wasn't feeling hungry at that point. With that said, that was not all. The next thing I knew that I had to use the toilet to dispel every thing at least 5-6 times a day...Ewwww...It lasted for 4-5 days. I just recovered about 5 days ago.

After my recovery, I went for a Birthday dinner at Chat Masala at East Coast Road to celebrate Jeremy Oh's Birthday with 9 more of my G2 mates. The Food especially the Garlic Naan was really nice....Shiok...I came early at 7:15pm (Shaun told me to come at 7:30). Guess what? Not one single soul turned up and I waited ALL the way for 45 minutes then Elden came. Then the rest turned up: Jeremy, Clara, Priscilla, Bryan, Jerome, Jared and Shaun being the last to get there... He looked somewhat Emo-ish... for some odd reason I'm entirely unsure of. The best thing is: I recovered well enough to savor that moment.

Gee.....I wonder if whether any one of them have the Photographs we took.

Okay.... Finally The Month Of May is over. Is about time I blog again.

Just 2 Performances... One of Which is Very Tiring...

On the 28th of May, DMAT was to perform for the SP Graduation 2008 at the Plaza. We had to do one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Granted, that was tiring and it was Much more fitting to give us a day off from all this. Since we were in school for more than 12 hours straight.

I had to manage the afternoon performance where the only people present there for that group were Reuben, Mandric and his team. I was the stage manager for that show. Only me and Reuben were among the few people remained at the stage while the rest are slacking off, or enjoying the bloody air-conditioner in Koufu Food Court 4. I was so tired, aching from every part all over my body, such that later on I KO'ed at the shelters in front of the Auditorium with my sticks in hand. And who is that JiBai Bastard who took a video of me Sleeping off with the snoring. Tired ok? I hardly even rested the whole afternoon.

Oh yeah, Speaking of Sticks, During my night show, I was playing the Electronic Drum Kit for Jon Bonjovi's It's my life. Before the end of the piece my stick Flew off my right hand. Honestly speaking, I'm not a real drummer. I'm a Keyboardist and a classical Pianist. I was struggling to
get in rhythm, I had my Foot and my left playing continuously while picking it up. Well, all the drummers who performed that day was pretty much tired so they also dropped their sticks.

Went to Marina Square for Dinner, Luckily we ate just before the food court was about to close..... Si Beh Tired.... Damnit.

Yo people! It's High time I returned to blogging. Loads of stuff happened during my absence. Let's get on with it shall we???

YEAR TWO at Singapore Polytechnic begun for me. Well, we were still under most of the lecturers for that year: Michael Spicer, Jimmy Jap, Tim R and Erica Wong, well not really most. Damn I still have to turn up for 8am classes on 2 out of 5 days. AND.... WTF?! My Big Bro, also in year 2, has school for only 4 out of 5 days. HEY! No Fair! It's a pity though, Ollie has to repeat Music Theory, meaning he'll graduate a year late though.

I just returned from a Holiday from Italy, Switzerland and France tour in April 2nd. Grabbed quite a number of goods including a Swiss Military Watch at Interlaken. Switzerland is one country where I climbed on 2 Mountains, Jungfraujoch(Top of Europe) and Mount Tittlis near Lucern. The food throughout the tour SI BEH shiok la. Luckily at that point in time, there wasn't much of a crowd so we stayed at some of the 5 star hotels during the tour.

I was going mad nowadays on an Application on Facebook: WarBook. I have been active like siao this whole month, ever since joining an Alliance and never thought I became a committee member myself to over 500 WarShark Members. Had quite a lot of duties as an officer lately.

Bad thing happened in February though. I received the results for the FTCL exam for Piano. I blew it, 1200 bucks blown. I was kinda nervous because of the immense pressure on me, playing 2 sonatas - one by Schubert and one by Frederick Chopin. It was like being in a funeral march(like how it's expressed in the 3rd movement of that Chopin Sonata), distraught but still expected. Don't rub it in. Cause around that time, My Fujitsu Notebook also broke down, got it fixed and ready again.

Lastly, I want to congratulate my Military Band. Ping Yi Sec had done justice to themselves. Although they clinched a Silver Medal, it didn't matter. But what I was comtemplating of was the contreversy over the Judging. I feel in my opinion, it was so DAMN clear that Bowen Military band didn't receive the gold at all, shoulda been Silver. West Spring, I expected High hopes of a Gold for them, they sounded terror, however also achieved a Silver. From a Lowly new Entry, I won't be surprised if in turn, they ever become one of the Giant Bands to participate in Subsequent Singapore Youth Festivals.

Gosh, I've lots to do this next few weeks. We're down to over 50 Days to the Singapore Youth Festival. The Ping Yi Military Band is doing well now with 128 Members striving to get a Gold again if not Gold With Honours. The Secondary Ones and the Secondary Three and Four Volunteers have yet to face the Crunch time during the Band Camp.

I'm gonna AFK from Blogging between the 22nd or March for 12 Days. As I'll be going to Europe for my Holiday. This was pushed back from the 7th March cos' of Passenger Attendance, leaving me room to attend the Band Camp together with the Band Members.

I'm Getting Jammed Packed nowadays, with Mom dragging me to learn that Darn Saxophone. Blew till I was Blue in the face, and that hurt.... Sianz.

I'm Also starting to Mod my Red Alert 1. Abit Buggy, I would say but mostly quite Ubered for Both Sides, Damn Chronotank. Looks like I'll have to recover my Nuclear Warheads to back where it was....

Hey Ya, It is the Great UDeep again.(More addressing me as the Great... LOL).

The Ping Yi Military Band Just had the CCA Recruitment Drive, We grabbed a significant fraction of the Entire Newbie Sec 1s to Join our Band.... Numbering 104, the Highest Record ever.... Band Rocks really. We need over 30 more people in the formation and it would comprise of the Pit Percussion, Some more additions to the Formation and Flag Party. Ideally We would want to send in a Strong number of around 100+, more than my first Central Judging.

The Alumni and Me had a luncheon Conference that afternoon, we are to scout out for our Sec 2s who are worthy enough to be potential Committee Members. We had some in mind already. My Tuba Section still looks blur to say anything good about..... Hmmmmmmmmmm....

4 Days till my Birthday! Thankfully That Day was Open House in SP, Which meant there ain't any lessons for me... At least I can sleep in abit....well, not really, if not for our upcoming tests........

OK! Firstly, I would like to wish everyone: Family, The Ultimate Guild, Frontier Guild, Friends of DMAT in SP and in Ping Yi Secondary, In2Deep Productions(Lords Henry, Tera and Bocheng) a very prosporous, blessed and a fruitful new year! 2007 was a blast.

Crap, Christmas Eve I Didn't manage to sleep! Wah the heck, After Christmas Dinner, Go Midnight mass and sing Bass until hoarse liao. Stay and party overnight back in Dione's Place until 5am the Darren stuffed 7 of us inside his car.... Slept quite alot after that in irregular times.... zzzzzzzzzz.

On Saturday, some Genesis II Choir Members including me went to The Concourse for Steamboat Lunch. It so happened that my Parents want to book tickets for Europe for our holidays. Eat until so stuffed.... Wah.. BurrRrRrRpPPP!!!....SO SO SO Good!!! Well, i got the instruction to play that so bloody Complicated Gloria for that mass. The GII Handed down the Kudos to me for that... That song was Damn Complicated. Considering how many running notes and pages I had to turn.... Huff...puff...

OK! Bad thing back in New Year's Eve. My Bro came back drunk last night. He went out the night before. Greatly inconvinienced everyone. He lost all his Valuables except his wallet, and phone. He was literrally locked out and had to use his pants as a medium for shitting.... Well... enough said....there are worse things involved as well.

OK! First things first! December 24th as I think i posted earlier, is the MIDNIGHT Mass at the Church of the Holy Family at Katong! For the Choir, Practice is at 10pm followed by mass and a Overnight party at Dione's Place! No food though so stuff yourselves with Christmas Dinner before you guys come!

And Crap! I think I Somewhat Jeopardized my FTCL exam, and F*** the Schubert's Sonata in C Minor..... What the heck.... as long pass can liao! Well, the only way now to go is " FORWARD"!

I don't know what will be in store once we welcome the year 2008! Well, we'll see!

Kk. lots of Announcements here. Lord Tera, BoCheng, and Henry have completed the Demo I did not knew about. The Song is Sweet. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT.

This Album is made by Lord Tera! It consists of a CD of songs he composed bundled in a manga and anime style like artbook. It costs 25 bucks. His project team will be down at Singapore Expo this coming Saturday and booth number is A8. If you are interested, come down to the Expo. You can also place your order from Tera Directly. You can contact him at tera@sympheramusic.com. I already bought a copy, so does a few others and 2 lecturers from the Singapore Polytechnic School of Media and Info Tech.

TO ALL CATHOLIC YOUTHS IN SINGAPORE! THe Church of the Holy Family will be celebrating another Youth Mass this coming saturday(3rd Sunday of Advent). You're hereby invited and encouraged to wear either red or pink. Mass is at the Church Hall Saturday 6pm where I'll play 3 songs from the mass proper plus another one. Location: The Church Closests to Katong Mall on the same road.

And Lastly, ALL Ultimate Guild members! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Don't disturb me until the December the 19th. I must concentrate on my Piano Exam Fellowship Level. It's already the highest level attainable and this is not a joke! You especially UltimatePerfect all post post post! I Cannot go online every day deh. Only from the 19th onwards to the 1st of January then can chiong! Now i not free leh. I already so pressurised in school, at home, at church choir practices, at my Music Teacher's music centre and now you! Pls do not add anymore weight for now. I'm having a hell of a time doing my CRS Group Project. Supposedly a group Project but I did most of the work, I did ALL the powerpoint slides! What I didn't have really is the support of any of my members. Shun's away in his hometown in LA, Charles Slacks, Leaving me and Oliver with the rest.....I'm SO Pissed off! I swear and really really swear! That I would not work with this type of group EVER AGAIN!!!! If it need be, I'll rebel and riot till the last of my energy runs outta my blood.

Crap.... it rained the entire day yesterday...very tempting to sleep....I had literally no umbrella to cover me nor Henry when we reached Tanah Merah MRT. To Make matters worse, We're forced to run in the rain, with my laptop in danger of short circuiting. Luckily, IT WORKED! I'm posting on my laptop...lol... It was still 100% dry as a matter of fact. My Left shoulder is hurting badly from the pressure from the 4 kilos of weight from the bag and the lappie.

Henry managed to get the Sigil for Tidus in FFX.... Sweet man... Muz thank him alot.

I can't believe that I received an SMS While I was sleeping this morning AT 2.30am... But that was worth it... I got a job on the Piano for the GII Choir.... muz collect the scores at the Church Of the Holy Family before Practice. But I have Music first.

OMG! Boy, do I feel like swearing for the past few days! Did the Infernal curse or jinx whateva fell on me or what?! Just feelin' like swearing.

Nearly got late for class if my mum did not hold on to my fucking wallet in the first place! SHE ACCIDENTALLY BROUGHT IT TO THE OFFICE WITHOUT RETURNING TO ME AFTER THE CONCERT! Dad was in a foul mood searching for it till I Call mum alot of times!

Not only that, the bunch of Kids performing before me, sheesh! GOOD Riddance! yak....yak... yak... Loud even behind the darn curtain, the audience can hear.....I made one mistake while I was playing as well.... tsk tsk tsk.

I don't see why the Ultimate Guild doesn't like my IGN had a "Lord In front!" Alot of my classmates look to me as their ultimate saviour, their ultimate helper, their ultimate coach, and an Ultimate Piano Shredder..... I hate people questioning about my "Ultimate"ness until I say it's necessary. Reasons are so Obvious at hand!

Speaking of Shredder..... The GII Choir's changing their mass format for the time being so They're using the old retro version(1st gen.... zzzzzz), that means I won't be able to plae and shred on the Yamaha Grand in the Church hall until Youth Mass and after Christmas. Darren forgot to tell me....

Damn I feel so offended......Good riddance really!

Wah.... Came home, So damn Smelly sia! Have to close all the darn windows upstairs and downstairs to keep the smell out.

Rather tired these past few days and would not like to write too much.

Oh! We have a new plan for our last REMT Assignment of the year. I'll be "Shredding" On the piano, as always but! I'm also gonna rap. The Lyrics are pretty sweet and sadistic which describes Me! Lord Ultimate Deep.... I'll look forward to record this new groove! Gosh must thank Lord Tera and Henry for all this plan which I neva heard of in my life!

Still cannot get past that MIDI assignmennt which we had until next week thanks to being unable to save any preset... Gonna Chiongster on MIDI next week.

Hiya Again!

Juz came back from dinner then post.... Well, Darkness and Light SEA's Ultimate Guild is reborn from today and I'm in 2nd Ultimate Infantry Division...

Took a look at Lord Tera's www.sympheramusic.com/Superscenic, that was cool. Cannot believe that Shunyi was actually Involved as a Acoustic Guitarist in Tera's Second Album.... Makes me wanna get involved with his 3rd album.... LOL.... we'll see soon, maybe after my Piano Exam which would take place in December 19th 4.55pm at Millinia Walk. Sigghhhh hope it's over fast as I am getting sianz of Classical music.

Well, I was sooooo Damn Tired today that I nearly wanna KO during REMT and then later got soaked from this afternoon's wrath of the storm. Incidentally my Dad was nearby at Redhill while I was at Clarke Quay after Music enduring that Darn Storm so We both came home with the car fully serviced.

Poor Henry, He seems to get offended by that rumour that Me, Lord Tera and Bo Cheng think that he's flirting after Chun Hui. He helped her with this Morning's Fucked up MIDI which we CANNOT even save our bloody presets! This was soooooo Annoying. The Assignment is due not long later.

COME ON! 43 Days till my 18th Birthday Where I can drink at a Legal age.... well not drunk that is.

Hey Guys! Sorry I Didn't Blog for So So So Long! Alot has happened since my previous blog!!!! I will be more regular especially during the holidays.

Been taking alot of involvements lately. Piano exam's in 19th December. Si Beh Sian. Talking about Keyboard, Our Class Got Scolded badly again by Babes Condez especially against the non-graders. Well I understand they are slow, errrr.... personally I don't blame them. Maybe Babes is expecting way too much. Scold till I headache but she appreciated the help i give to Henry, Oliver and Shayne all the same.

Okay, Band Practices back in Ping Yi Military Band have been a go. Went for Last Day in Band Camp. Some Sadistic Seniors, Alumni, Friends down there. Kenrick the Instructor, Felix taking the Helm, Benedict the Alumni.... Wah Damn Sick man. We started Formation of SYF 2008 with 84 Members with 72 in main formation and the 12 percussionists and drummers doing their own thing.

I signed and register for the Church Of The Holy Family Choir to play for Saturday 6pm Mass. YOUTH MASS IS COMING UP IN DECEMBER 15!!! Nice Sia. It seems sian in the first place but ok lah.

Well, betta get cracking! Time's passing fast!

Yesterday was damn fun sia! Before our bloody Ear-training me, Shunyi, Ollie, Tera, Henry all jammed while waiting for Ol' Jimmy Jap to enter our class! Fun sia! Smoke of the Water, Can't Take my Eyes Off You, Highway Star, All the Small Things! Wah lau shiok sia!!

I only realised this morning when i stepped on the bloody MRT that last week was the Final Character Development Lesson and then i have to wait for 3 hours sia! Not only me, but also Ollie, Jiak Lor Mee, Bo Cheng also forgot and came to the empty classroom which was unoccupied save for me! NOW MUST REMEMBER NEXT THURSDAY CAN REPORT ONLY FOR KEYBOARD!!! Now can sleep a bit.

Well, enuf about me lah. Been a rather entertaining in school.... Some subjects a bit Demanding in Diploma in Music and Audio Tech in Singapore poly.... One Engineering Maths Book which is a bloody 1200 Page long So called ENCYCLOPEDIA... must learn everything within one semester before i can sell this book....

Life's Still the same....... Nothing much at home.... just get Cooped up at home as usual.... Either Mapling or whacking enemy bases in C&C3.... sianz....
